Can i use everyday Antisceptic Spray on my pets?

My dog recently cut his nose. I've cleaned it with boiled (and cooled) salt water on a ball of cotton since its little more than a scratch, but i want to perhaps give it an added barrier. I do carry with me a Antisceptic Spray that claims to be able to kill flu, Salmonella, MRSA and Candida and is "ideal for children" Is it ok for me to spray some on the nose of my amazingly stupid collie so he doesn't get an infection there?
