Need Mattress Help. Sleep innovations SureTemp or E.C.O. Latex?

Ok so i am looking to get a new mattress. I am always tossing and turning in bed and my neck and back hurt every morning. I have read great reviews on the Sleep Innovations 12-inch Sure Temp Memory Foam Mattress as well as the E.C.O. Luxury Latex Firm 10-inch Queen-size Mattress. My question is which bed is better? And i would love some words of wisdom from people who have tried them out. Thanks
