Symptoms for salmonella? Help please immediately.?

about 5 or 6 hours ago I was cutting up some raw chicken for lunch and I snuck a couple small pieces. I often crave raw meat because I have very low vitamins. Now, I'm starting to get a headache and I have odd abdominal cramps. I feel stinging and crampy/tightness. What are the symptoms for salmonella? And how long does it usually take to show symptoms?? I'm getting really worried. I know that salmonella can be deadly, especially since I'm only 13 years old. Please help.
