Sorry for being graphic but every time i have sexual intercourse with my husband, i get cystitis type pains?!!?

its been like this for 8 years now. but i have always been proned to cystitis ever since i was a child. however it gets worse wen i have sex! trouble is my husband wont use condoms as they put him off! and im allergic to latex! saw nurse at my gp surgery and she gave me antibiotics, but they not working!! i am constantly dribbling (even through a sanitary towel!) when i walk and get pain in my kidney area! when i go out im always mapping out closest toilet! i am drinking plenty water and cranberry juice! its getting to the point that its ruining my social life! this bout started on saturday just gone!! I am sterilised and had a burst cyst on my ovary which was removed (still have kidneys!) through a laperoscopy couple years ago. please help?
