Do Bearded Dragons carry salmonella?

Sorry if I didnt spell it right.i was just wondering if they carry that diease?i own a beardie dragon.and want to keep him. Safe.and healthy!.i wash my hands before and after handling him.i clean his tank good.no harsh chemicals. How many times should you clean their tank? Thank you.
