Would this cause salmonella poisoning?

We had just taken out 3 pieces of cooked chicken from the oven, they had been in there for 400 for over an hour. I went to put more chicken on and I put too much water in the pan and it splashed on the counter, im not sure if it got onto the cooked chicken or not. Was the cooked chicken still hot enough that nothing would happen. I feel like such a dummy right now.
