Is this a good brand blood pressure cuff?

Littman makes very fine quality stethoscopes, probably the best out there. Blood pressure cuffs aren't quite so critical for being highly precise in their readings. A variation of a few points one way or another isn't going to be critical Subtle chest, abdominal and heart sounds can be CRITICALLY important, so the Littman stethoscope will come in handy there. Of course, it's not the tools that makes a mechanic, it's the training and experience. Carrying an expensive stethoscope is nice, but learning how to interpret what you hear is much more important. You can pick up MOST stuff you really need to hear with a $5 stethoscope. By the way, keep a VERY close eye on that Littman. They have a nasty habit of sprouting legs and walking away.
