Do I have Salmonella?

I have a pet turtle so I'm always watching for hints that I may have salmonella. I went number two not too long ago, everything went the same as always but I saw that some of it was a really pure green, should I be worried of salmonella or no? If it does sound like it, why should someone who just turned 14 do? I know there is a certain age range that they say shouldn't have to go to the docs but others should worry, help?!?!
