Why waste money on condoms?

I don't understand. Cant you just use balloons? I mean..... im not even playing. Like, legit! They are both latex, they are both smooth, they come in an assortment of colors, but instead of waisting $7.00 on 2 condoms, you can get a bag of 25 balloons for 99�. I AM SERIOUS. I am not trying to be funny. Thank you.
