Bearded dragon and daycare?

im a 14 year old boy whose my mom babysits infants up stairs in basically every room of the house, i want to know if i kept the bearded dragon in the basement would i run to much of a risk having the bearded dragon when if it carrys salmonella? could they get it if i washh my hands and keep a bottle of germex by the cage?
