I'm 53 and experiencing back pain while sleeping. Could this be because of the 4 epidurals during birth?

During the birth of each of my 4 children, I had an epidural. I'm 53 and for the last 6 to 10 years I've been experiencing back pain mostly at night while trying to sleep. I rarely sleep past 6:30 a.m. because of this discomfort. I recently changed to a latex mattress. The pain is a little better, but not much.Could the epidurals have caused arthritis in my back?
