I hope you understand this question...?
So, i have been feeling really sick lately. I have had diarrhea, and pain in my lower stomach. I have also been really dizzy and almost passed out a few times.I get the chills/heat flashes at the same time and it has been going on for 48 hours straight. My mom has Chohns disease, and i am at a high risk of having it, so that is one possibility, but i was thinking it could possibly be salmonella poisoning too? But i was wondering, how much "salmonella infected" food to you have to consume to get symptoms this bad? Thank you so much and i appreciate your help. xoxo
