Itchy after sex please help? Not enough answers :( ?

First off I'm 16 don't know if that matters and sorry this is long. So my boyfriend and I have been sexually active for not even a month really, we use protection every time we have sex except he's been inside me without a condom, which I know is stupid. But that was a long while back. I was a virgin the first time we had sex but he had been with two other people before me. He said he didn have any STDs or infections. And the girls before me that he dated, tested and were clean. The last time we had sex was a couple days ago and the next day my vagina was swollen and really itchy around the opening. We used protection the last time and now it's really itchy and looks as if I have blistery crackly skin on the inside of my inner lips. With very very small bumps which I think have always been there, there not like herpes or pimples. I'm not sure what this is :( should I wait a couple days longer to see if it goes away? I'm afraid of seeing a doctor cause if it's something I got from sex and my parents find out they will kill me. If it is something like an infection can I keep it confidential? And I've never been allergic to anything so I'm not sure if it's the latex. Please any advice or anything is greatly appreciated.
