Red bumps on my hands after wearing gloves ?

Today after work I started to get red bumps on my hands and now it is getting irrupted. The only thing I could think of that could have caused it was my gloves. I do wear gloves pretty much all day and I think they are latex gloves but I have never had a problem before. And we haven't changed brands or anything. The only thing different now was that I was sweating today. Could that cause me to break out or get a rash? And what can I do.
