I'm 13, a fighter, and I work out (nothing to heavy). I want my muscles to be larger, and my bones to be harder. I'm good for protein (raw eggs whites, washed egg shells to avoid salmonella). But I want my bones to be harder, and stronger. I kick a heavy back with my tibia many times to calcify it. But I'm afraid I don't get enough calcium. So I want to know, what's a good way to get a lot of calcium besides milk? And again, I'm 13. That's important.
