My basement bath tub was used to rinse latex paint, which has now dried and clogged the drain?

I tried Snaking through the basement sink, the drain in the tub, removing the overfill drain and snaking from there, and removing all plumbing from under sink to reach the clog, but due to a 90 degree at the drain, it will not snake. I tried liquid plumber products, none of which seem to work. The piping system is PVC so paint thinner is not an option. Does anyone have any ideas?
