She doesn't like condoms?

So my girlfriend is on the depo shot... I used a condom on top of the depo shot.. I just feel more comfortable ya know? Anyways she says she is a little allergic to latex and doesn't like how they feel. We have great sex don't get me wrong we both climax and it's great but I feel a little pressured, also I don't want her to look else where. Maybe I would feel better if she got tested for STDs? I dunno how to approach this situation.. advice?
