What is the name of this movie?

One of the scenes is when this guy (the main character) is tied to a chair in his house and is being held hostage by a chick in a latex dress i think. Then she goes up to him and starts to bang him with a gun to his head and says to him if you FINISH you die. Its been bugging me all day
