Severe foot/ankle pain?

Back in April, I had an accident where I sliced open the top of my foot. I got stitches, and everything seemed okay. Within a few days of getting the stitches, the wound got infected with staph and it turned into cellulitis. Since then, I have been hospitalized twice for this and given antibiotics so often I'm likely immune to them all by now. The infection has cleared up, but here's the problem. Once the swelling goes down, it only stays that way for a week or so. I'm able to work without pain (I'm a chef) and things are great. Out of the blue, my ankle will begin to swell up on its own, with no new injury other than being on my feet at work. The doctors have done x-rays, MRI's, sonograms, and a few other things to determine what is wrong, but all tell me it is just in my head. I find this unnacceptable since my ankle looks like a grapefruit and is nearly impossible to walk on when it swells up. I should note that I do have flat feet, and have never really had much trouble with them until recently. Ever since April when the initial accident occurred, my ankle has had a mind of its own, swelling up and running its course for a week or more before I'm able to stand/walk pain-free. I have tried looking up different things to try pinpointing a cause but come up short. Any help with this would be great since it is really starting to get on my nerves.

I found out that many singaporeans are eating turtles as their dinner and lunch dishes.. most popular eaten turtles are eared eared sliders, soft shelled turtles, and even snake head turtles.. i went to many markets in singapore, and was shocked to find that turtles that are sold for restaurant tables are mostly found in the town side of singapore, like chinatown.. when i got to a market near chinatown, i saw many juvenile or roughly big red eared sliders kept in cages..each cage containing at least 10 to 20 live red eared sliders. the space was seriously cramped. the soft shelled turtles are all stuffed into ann empty pail, all waiting to be sold or killed on the spot. what shocked me most was when i saw the man selling them just use a knife and a sharp metal equipment cutting open the shell of a red eared slider, and digging and slicing the flesh out of a live red eared slider, while it just screeched and groaned in pain... this was consequently done the same to other turtles, frogs and fishes that were sold there.. i just cannot bear to see these people doing things like this just to satisfy their eating needs.. there are so many things they could eat, but why must they purposely breed turtles and other creatures just to kill and eat them? the reason they give is that the population of these creatures are overly populated, so they have to reduce the number of these creatures.. but seriously, they are the ones that breed them out of greed! please give me your views, thanks.

Help I Keep losing fish?

Today i was fishing with my 1/0 Octopus circle hooks (I recently asked a ? similar to this). i was using slices of hot dogs and i like to try and conceal the hook. But everytime a fish starts running with my bait i pick up my rod from my rod holder and it just spits the bait, its like the hooks aren't setting. I've heard don't set the hook with circle hooks, but i don't get how you don't do this because when i reel in fish i naturally just raise the rod tip...which is basically like SETTING the hook. I realize not to pick up the rod and yank upward, but i still raise the rod tip. when i first got these Octopus circle hooks i had no problem with losing fish. but recently i went fishing probably about 5 times in the past 3 weeks and i have lost at least 6 fish (either carp or cats). Flagstone/stone on top of concrete?

We have a concrete patio 25 years old. It has two surface cracks and one deeper one that we repaired by sanding down and filling. The soil below is adobe. We'd like to cover the concrete with stone, but are aware that we don't know if the original concrete is reinforced in any way. We have heard of "Latex modified thinset" as a base then trowel it - then put on the stones on top. We are concerned about movement (northern California & the cracks already in the patio) - so, should we just sledge hammer out the concrete and start over(ugh) or can we move forward? I'm 15 and am currently attending a high school continuation program that is an online class. I failed algerbra 1 and barely got out of algerbra readiness in the 8th grade with a C-. I have been horrible in math since the 2nd grade but thanks to our horrible educational system, they passed me again all the way to high school. People say logical thinkers are usually good in math. Here's the thing. I AM a logical thinker. I can identify solutions to real world problems others can't see. I even applied the "In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king" analogy to Susie Orman since I don't get why she is so popular. But that's not the point. I don't get why nothing ever clicks to me in math. I can't improve. I never get better. I forget things very easily and even if I take notes, when I get home, the notes look like someone else wrote them. I HATE studying because to me it never works. And I don't like being tutored by my brother. It's just the way I am. My brother is EXTREMELY smart in math but I hate being tutored by him. One of the things that REALLY REALLY PISSES ME OFF about math is how frustrating it is to me. My anger issues get in the way of me trying to solve a problem. I often get to the point of breaking things and have to calm myself down in class whenever I raise my fist to smash my desk with. Then after finishing the assessment, I go down to 160!!!!!!! It doesn't stop there. I get back to 170 and the next assessment brings me down to 154!!!!! Thats FAILING!!!!............. I need to calm down. So as you can see, math is a ***** to me. It messes with my life. Everything is going fine until math comes along and screws everything up. Just like it always does. My Mom pretends to care and she just makes things worse. Also the person that watches us when we are in class bugs the hell outta me. I went to walmart today and was looking for a cigarette lighter splitter for my car. I want one so that I can charge my gps and listen to my ipod at the same time. Do NOT use in vehicle cigarette lighter sockets." I want to know what the difference is. I always recommend not skimping on how much food your body needs, but it sounds as though some of your serving sizes are kinda large. Try to only drink water, because it definitely sounds like you have enough protein. Have more vegetables as your snacks. If you have cravings for food, and you're actually hungry, then eat a little, but if you aren't hungry, just have some water. Or celery. It has negative calories, so it's kinda like eating nothing.

On May 27th I had unprotected sex and afterwards I had light bleeding and didn’t think much of it but then I started getting weird symptoms (headache, nauseous, tired, sore boobs, ext) but I still didn’t think much of it. Then on June 14th I had unprotected sex once again and I had bleeding but it was a little bit heavier then before. (the same guy both of these times) On about Saturday June 18th I started getting this weird itchy feeling right on the outside of low places and directly to the inside but it wasn’t bad so I blew it off as nothing. Then on June 20th I had sex again, (not the other partner) but I still had light spotting, and part of the time it was protected and the rest was not (we tried anal unprotected then right away went back to v*ginal…and I hear that you can spread bacteria doing that) Ok so afterwards I had pretty heavy bleeding and the itching increased some so I was thinking maybe irritation or maybe allergic to latex, but I kind of ruled those out. So the next day the itching was pretty bad, the area looked very red, started burning, more frequent urination and still had bleeding which was pretty heavy. I have very irregular periods but this isn’t like a period. Anyways, so my mom got me this cream (she doesn’t know I’ve been having sex) that treats yeast infections but I haven’t noticed much of a difference. I’ve still been feeling tired, nauseated, headaches, pain in my abdomen, and sore boobs. I started looking things up about Trich and yeast infections…and it almost seems like I have all the symptoms for Trich and my friend said I sound like I may be pregnant.
